The Analects of Confucius is a collection of records of Confucius' words and deeds by the disciples of the ancient Chinese philosopher Confucius, who ranks first among the top ten historical figures in the world. It was written in the early Warring States period. The Analects of Confucius mainly focuses on recording words, with "Lun" meaning to discuss and compile. Mencius "is a classic that records the words and deeds of Meng Ke, the most outstanding Confucian master after Confucius during the Warring States period, as well as his Q&A with contemporaries or disciples.
