The Social Security Research Center of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics is an open research base that focuses on studying social security issues in China's economic and social development. The basic research team consists of teachers and researchers engaged in related fields at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and part-time researchers centered around experts and scholars from various universities and research institutions. Su Fang, female, born in 1974, holds a PhD in Economics (Finance) and is an Associate Professor at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. The current Secretary of the School of Continuing Education at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Dean of the School of International Professional Qualification Education, Deputy Director of the Institute of Finance and Insurance, and Deputy Secretary General of the China Social Security and Insurance Forum. Formerly served as a lecturer in the Department of Management at Lingnan University in Hong Kong. I have published over 70 papers in various domestic and international journals and conferences such as SSCI, Financial Research, Financial Research, Quantitative Economics and Technical Economics Research, Insurance Research, etc. I have also authored books such as "Research on the Solvency of Chinese Non Life Insurance Companies," "Motor Vehicle Insurance System and Rates," "Insurance Marketing," "Insurance Information Management," "Insurance Studies," "Non Life Actuarial Science," and "Family Insurance Planning.
Wei Lu, male, born in 1972, holds a PhD in Economics (Finance), is an associate professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, a master's supervisor, and a member of the Shanghai Urban Economy Society, Administrative Society, and Anti Corruption Society. Published over thirty papers in various journals such as "Taxation Research" and "Fiscal Research", authored books such as "Public Finance", "Public Economics", "New Politics in the Budget Process (Fourth Edition)" (translated), "Success in Sight - Establishing a Vision", "Basic Methods of Public Expenditure Analysis", "Research on Fiscal Policy Risks in an Open Economy", and participated in multiple major research projects of the Ministry of Finance and Shanghai.
