枣花蜜特点：
枣花蜂蜜，又名枣树蜂蜜，浅琥珀色、琥珀色或深色，铁红色最佳，质地浓稠，滋味甜腻，回味重，具中草药芳香味，不易结晶，结晶后呈粗粒状。

枣花蜜功效：
　1、用于老人、虚人及产后肠燥便秘。内服或将蜂蜜做成栓子，纳入肛门。亦可与其它润肠药配用。
　　2、用于阴虚肺燥，久咳咽痛。单用或与润肺止咳药同用。此外，用化痰止咳药如枇杷叶、款冬花、紫菀等治干咳、久咳时，亦常以本品拌炒（即蜜炙）。
　　3、用于慢性衰弱性疾病。可作为辅助药。丸剂、滋膏等补益药剂，常以此作滋养、赋形药。补益药常用蜜炙，以增强补益的功效。用于溃疡病、慢性肝炎有一定疗效。
