1、 It is very dangerous to self judge the measurement results and undergo treatment. 1. Please submit the measurement results to a doctor who understands your health condition and receive a diagnosis. If taking medication, please follow the doctor's advice. For those with peripheral circulation disorders caused by certain diseases, there may be significant differences in blood pressure values measured at the wrist. 2、 Do not use for purposes other than blood pressure measurement. Otherwise, it may cause accidents or malfunctions. 3、 Please do not disassemble, repair, or modify without authorization. Otherwise, accidents and malfunctions may occur.

3、 Usage method

 

（1） Install the battery

Please make sure to use alkaline batteries

Flip the host over and remove the battery cover in the direction indicated by the arrow.

After confirming the polarity of the battery, install 4 AA (No. 5) alkaline batteries.

Close the battery cover until you hear a "click" sound.

 

Replace the battery

Please replace the battery when the following situations occur

When the display on the right appears during the measurement process.

Press the "ON/OFF" button, and there will be no display on the LCD screen.

 

[Battery Life]

Using a new set of alkaline batteries, approximately 300 measurements can be taken. (When the ambient temperature is 22 ℃, the pressure is 180mmHg, and the arm circumference is 17cm)

If the ambient temperature is low, it will shorten the battery life.

If alkaline batteries are charged, improperly placed with positive and negative electrodes, short circuited, mixed with used batteries or different types of batteries, or put into fire, they may cause leakage or rupture. Do not disassemble the battery. If this blood pressure monitor is not used for a long time, the battery should be removed from the monitor.

Please do not litter discarded batteries and pay attention to recycling.

 

（2） Arm strap binding method

1) Tie the arm strap onto the exposed arm, and align the outlet of the hose with the little finger on the palm surface

 

2) After fastening the armband, do not bring clothes into the armband, otherwise it will affect the measurement accuracy

 

(※ The armband should not be tied too tightly or too loosely, and it is most suitable to fit one finger)

 

3) Place your elbow on the table during measurement Palm up, relax your body, and keep the armband at the same height as your heart

 

If the armband is not properly tied and positioned correctly, it may not be possible to measure the correct blood pressure

 

 

4、 Measurement

 

Please measure while your body is relaxed, and do not smoke, take deep breaths, speak or wriggle, as this will affect the measurement results.

 

1) Press the power button (voice prompt precautions)

 

Press and turn on the power button

 

● Full display takes about 2 seconds.

 

Automatically apply pressure starting from 0mmHg.

 

The pressure gradually increases and is measured.

 

After detecting the pulse, the heart symbol flashes.

 

2) At the end of the measurement, display the blood pressure value and pulse rate

 

The air inside the armband is automatically expelled.

 

When the measured value is in the high blood pressure range, there is a sudden short beep sound, and when the measured value is in the normal range, there is a long beep sound.

 

The measured pulse rate is converted to 1 minute

5、 Other

（1） Precautions during measurement:

Measure blood pressure with the same arm and posture at the same time every day

 

Before measurement, it is necessary to maintain silence for 4-5 minutes

1. Proper use:

① Place your elbows on the table

② Keep the armband at the same height as the heart

③ Do not roll clothes into the armband

④ Palm up, body relaxed and straight

 

2. Create a stable environment:

Ideal environment for measuring blood pressure:

① When waking up in the morning and feeling calm and relaxed

② When there is no urge to urinate or defecate

③ Around 20 degrees Celsius at room temperature

④ A quiet place with no noise around.

 

3. Measure blood pressure at the same time every day:

Blood pressure is constantly changing and cannot be measured just once

The determination of blood pressure status can only be based on the results of a certain period of time

Multiple measurements are more reliable. Therefore, please persist every day

Measure blood pressure and choose the mood that can maintain the most stable state throughout the day

The ideal method for time periods (such as after waking up in the morning) is to do as much as possible every day

Can measure at the same time.

 

（2） The pronunciation of 'blood pressure value':

The World Health Organization defines hypertension as having a systolic blood pressure (high pressure) above 140mmHg or a diastolic blood pressure (low pressure) above 90mmHg.

It is generally believed that a systolic blood pressure below 90mmHg or a diastolic blood pressure below 60mmHg is called hypotension.

Low blood pressure can cause insufficient tissue blood perfusion, leading to cellular hypoxia, dizziness, fatigue, and in severe cases, symptoms such as palpitations and dizziness.

Display the re measurement symbol "E #" (# values can be 0, 1, 2, 3, 4) When continuing the measurement, press the power button to temporarily cut off the power, and be sure to wait for 4-5 minutes before proceeding with the measurement.

 

 

 

（3） Retrieve stored measurement data

After storing the measured values, they can still be retrieved even when the power is cut off.

Press the memory button, it will fully light up and display the first set of memories

Press the memory button again

Press the memory button once to start displaying new data alternately

Do not display when there is no data

Please quickly press the memory button every time If you press the banknote continuously for more than 3 minutes,

All stored measurement values will be completely erased, please pay special attention

 

（4） Why is the blood pressure value measured in the hospital different from that measured at home?

Blood pressure fluctuates within 24 hours, and sometimes there may be significant changes due to factors such as climate, mood, and exercise. Especially in hospitals, there is a phenomenon known as' white clad hypertension ', where blood pressure values are sometimes higher than those measured at home due to nervousness or anxiety.

When the blood pressure measured at home is higher than in the hospital, please pay attention to the following points:

① Is the height of the armband at the same level as the heart. When the position of the armband is lower than the heart, the measured blood pressure value is higher.

② Do you feel uneasy or restless. Before measurement, please take 2-3 deep breaths and relax to stabilize blood pressure.

 

（5） Why is the blood pressure value measured different every time?

① Blood pressure is constantly changing even within a day, and it varies depending on the method of wristband wrapping and measurement posture. So please measure under the same conditions every time.

② People who take antihypertensive drugs may experience significant changes in blood pressure levels due to their effectiveness.

③ During two consecutive measurements, there must be a quiet period of 4-5 minutes in between.
