For example, in home decoration nowadays, most people like to buy expensive materials such as rosewood and solid wood as decoration materials. If the humidity at home is too high, it can cause furniture to mold and deform... High humidity can also cause wallpaper to peel and mold. Famous brand clothes can also become smelly and moldy due to moisture. It's not just beneficial for the item. Plays an important role in the human body as well; Pregnant women and middle-aged and elderly people with rheumatism, if they live in places with high humidity for a long time, it is not good for the development of the fetus; for people with rheumatism, the condition will worsen with humidity.
For example, in the clothing industry, many businesses feel frustrated with stacking goods. Because there are too many clothes, we have to stack them on the ground. The moisture on the ground is too heavy, and a large amount of goods will mold. How can this be. You don't have to worry at all now. With a dehumidifier, let the troubles go! Dehumidifier microcomputer control; Temperature and humidity display; Humidity can be freely set and automatically controlled; Automatic defrosting, suitable for low temperature environments; 0-24 hour timed power on/off; Automatic fault alarm; (LED color display) continuous drainage. For convenience, it is also equipped with universal wheels that can move freely. It also adopts international brand high-efficiency rotary compressors, which are energy-saving, efficient, and silent. Dehumidifiers are our good helpers.
Relative humidity of the usage environment (%), usage area or items that require moisture prevention (recommended use of dehumidifier)

Color printing factory 40-55 multi-color printing, production workshop warehouse (industrial dehumidifier)
**Equipment factory 40-50 aircraft, ammunition warehouse, control room (industrial dehumidifier)
Precision electronics factory 30-40 electronic workshop, precision laboratory, etc. (industrial dehumidifier)
Ceramic factory 20-50 embryo room/warehouse (industrial dehumidifier)
Poultry Company 40-60 Poultry Factory (Industrial Dehumidifier)
The humidity in the air, like temperature, is everywhere. In the southern yellow plum season, the temperature is not high, but the humidity is heavy, and people will feel stuffy and uncomfortable. Mold can grow in environments with relative humidity greater than 60%, and environments with humidity greater than 85% are high-risk for mold growth. If the humidity control is not reasonable, optical lenses, magnetic recording materials (including optical discs), imaging films, electronic information media, electronic raw devices, instruments, meters, powder materials, paper, wood, silk, leather, tobacco, food, tea, grains, medicinal materials, etc. in industrial products will be affected by moisture and deteriorate. If you want to solve the problem of humidity control, please contact expert Meiling Environmental Protection. We will provide you with a solution to moisture using professional technical means. Believing in us is equivalent to believing in yourself. New Meiling, new life.
5、 Maintenance knowledge of dehumidifier

The dehumidifier consists of a compressor, a heat exchanger, a fan, a water container, a casing, and a controller. Its working principle is that the fan draws humid air into the machine, and through the heat exchanger, the moisture in the air condenses into water droplets, which become dry air and are discharged outside the machine. This cycle reduces indoor humidity.
The condenser should be cleaned regularly and kept clean. The dehumidifier should be placed in the central position indoors. The inlet and outlet of the dehumidifier must not be obstructed by any obstacles, and the air filter should be cleaned thoroughly. When the ambient temperature is below 15 ℃, water droplets attached to the surface of the evaporator will freeze and weaken the effectiveness of the dehumidifier. If the ambient temperature exceeds 40 ℃, the pressure inside the system will increase and the compressor will be overloaded. At this time, the overload protector should cut off the circuit, otherwise the compressor motor will be damaged. So the optimal operating temperature range for dehumidifiers is 15 ℃ to 40 ℃. If the humidity in the air is below 30%, it is also uncomfortable to be too dry, so a reliable humidity controller should be used to control it and maintain a range of 50% to 60%. Close doors and windows as much as possible during use to achieve dehumidification effect indoors. The body should be placed flat and not tilted or folded horizontally. When the water storage in the dehumidifier is full, the machine will automatically stop to avoid overflowing and wetting the ground.
It is best to let the dehumidifier sit still for four to six hours before starting it up for use, as the compressor pipeline in the dehumidifier contains cold coal. After being moved, the cold coal must return to its original position after four to six hours. Regularly clean the air filter (about once every two weeks) to maintain the dehumidification and dust removal efficiency and lifespan of the machine. When cleaning the body, gently wipe it with a damp cloth; Avoid direct splashing of water for cleaning to prevent damage to electrical insulation. If there is adhesive on the surface of the body, it can be cleaned with soapy water to avoid spraying it with gasoline, petroleum spirit, solvent or spray type insecticide to avoid paint peeling or discoloration. Do not use thin rods or wires to dig inside the machine to avoid malfunctions or dangers. Please unplug the power cord to maintain the lifespan of the machine during power outages, long-term disuse, or travel.
